I just want to report a bug here (between Event Booking and Community builder, i assume) : The case appears (on 3 differents websites) when the visitor register to an event, and isn't register in Joomla (CB) :
If the visitor use wrong characters (like & ; ' / " ...) in the username field, the registration to the event is ok, but the joomla account isn't created (because CB or Joomla, i don't know) don't allow these characters.
As we can't change the list of characters (as i can see) in Joomla, neither adding some restriction for the username in Event booking, here what i done (sorry if it isn't nice, but that's all i can do):
1.
change register_user_registration.php
line :

to
<input type="text" name="username" id="username1" class="input-large validate[required,custom[onlyLetterNumber],minSize[2],ajax[ajaxUserCall]]" value="<?php echo $this->escape($this->input->getUsername('username')); ?>" />
then, optionnaly, change jquery.php

in order to allow white space and accent.
Perhaps there is a better way, but i don't know how!
