How To: sell x # of events within time period was created by Eileen
What's the best way to implement allowing a customer to by "x" number of events over a time period? For example, if I sell music lessons, I hold them every Monday and Wednesday. Students can buy a package of any number I set, let's say 10. I want them to by a "10 pack" of lessons they can take any 10 lessons over 3 months.
If a student just bought a single class lesson, it's $25.
When they purchase 10 over 3 months, it's $10 a lesson.
They have to use all of their 10-spot classcard within those 3 months.
Can this be done today with Events Booking or in combination with Membership Pro?
This scenario is very common wherever you have services provided periodically where you encourage greater sales through discounting on the # of "events" attended, but you don't require attending a *specific* event, you just need to manage the total number of events attended during the period.
So the variables/function is:
-time period
-allocation of # events over the period
-reversion of price back to the "regular price" after either the time period lapses, or the spots on the class card are used up
-waitlist, reservations, monitoring usage all already available

Hello Eileen
Unfortunately, it is not possible to handle it using our extensions at the moment. I think it is quite complicated use-case and to be honest, we won't be able to support it in near future

I understand as written it's complicated
but what about just one of those requests:
-purchase of a ticket that's good for a certain # events, like a super ticket?
This is actually a recent reques of another here:
