Reminder dont send to billing address

Hi there

The reminder email, for group bookings, is currently sent to the billing email address as well as the delegate email address.

Can it be disabled for the billing email address and only sent to the delegates?

It will require small modification to the code. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can implement this change (as override) for you

You gave me an overide in Ticket #67708 (which is now closed).
I have been told that billing address are again getting the reminder email.

I have since upgraded the Events Booking software in my site, do I need to install the override again to stop the billing email getting the reminders for group booking events?

Hi Alison

Did you keep that override? Normally, the override won't be lost when you update, so unless you remove the override from your installation, it should still work OK like before updating

I will install it again

The system is still sending reminder emails to the billing address.
This is very confusing for our customers as it makes them think that they have booked more places than they need.

Please see attached examples.

I have uploaded your previously provided .zip file and it has not stopped the remdinders being sent to the billing emails.

Please can you help?
