Event Booking Recaptcha was created by LESAGE

Hello,

I'm using Event Booking and I have some issue with the Captcha V2. It is not displaying even if my Captcha plugin configuration is okay. I have created new site key and secret key.

Do you know if it is a problem you have or if a special configuration is needed to show the captcha ?

Hi LESAGE

You also need to go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Enable captcha protection config option to Yes, too

If it still doesn't work after that, please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of the site
2. Link to the page

We will check to see why captcha is not being shown and get it sorted for you

version: Event Booking version 2.1.0
site: seminar.meta-inform.com/seminars

In individual registration - recaptcha is working
In group-registration - recaptcha doesn't working (just spinning)

Until recently, everything worked. I did not make any changes.

Hello Roman

You will need to update your site to latest version of Events Booking (version 3.1.4 for now) to have it works. The reason is because there was some changes in Joomla core API for captcha - I don't remember exactly the time but it must be at least 6 months ago or so, so the old code doesn't work with captcha on group registration anymore

I can not update the component. We made a lot of changes.... (((

In November, the captcha worked in group registration (see the screen).

Can you help me solve a problem without an update?

Hi Roman

If you cannot update, there are two options:

1. Disable captcha

2. We will have to update code manually for your installation to have it works with Joomla core recaptcha. In this case, we will have to charge you 30$ for doing the modification. If you want to go with this modification, please submit a support ticket so that we can do that

3. Or you can purchase a new license of Events Booking. We can then help with modifying code for your old version, too
