Email Reminders not going out

Hello, I wanted to check to see why the auto-reminders are not going out. I have checked the log and all the outbound registration emails are being sent, but no reminders are being sent prior to the event. I have it sent to send 6 days before the event and they are not sending. Please point me in the right direction!

Hi Joe

1. Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, there is a setting called Log Email Types, select reminder emails to be logged so that you can monitor it

2. Go to Extensions -> Plugins, check and make sure the plugin ebreminder is enabled

After that, it should work as expected

Yes, I had #1 set, but I did not have the plugin enabled. So if I have 70 registrants for a particular event, then I assume I need to change the Number Registrants box from 15 (defaulft value in there) to 70, yes?

No, you don't need to change 15 to 70. Setting it to 15 means each time the system sends reminder, it will send reminder to first 15 registrants. Then next time (after 30 minutes), it will send to next 15 registrants and so on

Set it to a small number like 15 will prevent the system from getting timeout error. All registrants will still receive reminder email without any problem
