Update Link for EB in Joomla 3.8.1 does not work was created by Oskar Schad

Hi,
I got the message I have to update from 2.14.1 to 3.1.2 in my Backend.
But automatic update doesn't execute and manual update via the proposed link does lead to Err403
This is the link provided:
www.joomdonation.com/index.php?option=co...ckage&document_id=56
As I bought in march 17 I should be able to update ?

Hi

Yes, You should still be able to update. I guess update doesn't work because you haven't configured Download ID for the extension yet, please see eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/getting...on#use-joomla-update and try again, update should work well

Also, you can still access to My Downloads menu item, download latest version, upgrade it to your site manually if needed
