New Registration Admin email has no attendee info

I have an event that is set up to send the administrator an email when attendees register. If a group registration is received then the administrator gets an email but it does not have the attendees details in it:

Dear administrator

User has just registered for event Friday Evening Buffet. The registration detail is as follow :

General Information
Event Friday Evening Buffet
Event Date 16-03-2018 7:00 pm
Event End Date 16-03-2018 11:00 pm
No. of Attendees 2
Billing Information
Amount £40.00

The user then cancelled the event booking and the administrator receives the following:

Dear administrator

User Christopher White has just cancel their registration for event Friday Evening Buffet . You can login to back-end of your site to see the detail and process the refund if needed .

Why is there no information coming through for the Group Registration Attendees?

Just a quick thought on this. Could this be because I have integration with Community Builder set up?

No, it is not related to Community Builder integration. There must be something special on your site causing the issue, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to the page

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
