Coupon display

Coupon display was created by MannyG
Is it just my system or there is a bug while displaying the field EB_COUPON while in the public screen.
When I go to register an individual, it will show
EB_COUPON : ______________________
Name :______________
Last Name: ______________
etc....
It doesn't display the actual description of the field. I am using the spanish version and it looks like the above.
Attached is the image capture.
Editing: I have changed the field to display something else and I did a refresh and it works now... strange.
