Re-Calculate registration fee

Dear Tuan,

I need to re-calculate the registration fee for several participants. But no matter what I do, I can not change the price.
The system always keeps the old price. But why?

I don't really know why it happens. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of your site
2. Link to edit registrant page
3. Tell us what you changed (maybe showing us in a screenshot)

We will then try to check to see why price is not updated and correct it

Unless there is something special on the site, the fee should be updated. If it doesn't work like that on your site, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and tell us what we need to do to see that error

We are going to check to see why it happens and get it sorted
