Send confirmation e-mail to group members

Hello. Every time I try and send (or resend) a confirmation e-mail in EVENTS BOOKING to a member of a group registration, the system does not allow it. Is there away to make this work?

could you confirm that the parameter "Send confirmation email to all group members" is set to "Yes" in configuration tab?
If so, and emails are still not being sent, then you should open a support ticket.

At the moment, Events Booking only allow re-sending emails to whole group, not to individual group members

So if you want to resend emails, please select the group billing record to re-send. And to allow group members to receive email, you need to set Send confirmation email to all group members config option to Yes as Leon pointed out

We hit this issue (Event Booking version 3.10.3) and I want to know whether an upgrade will fix it..

Yes. You can update to latest version of the extension, then set Send Confirmation Email To All Group Members config option to Yes and it will work as expected

I don't remember. But this was from long time ago. So unless you are using a very outdated version, you should see that config option
