No name on invoice for groups

Hi,

I created an event where people can register individually or in groups. For individual registration, everything is fine. For group registration, the name of the buyer don't show on the PDF invoice. My invoice is set to show [first_name] and [last_name] custom fields, but I suppose that for group registration, EventBooking save this information into something like [first_name1], [first_name2], [last_name1], [last_name2]?

Hi Jean

I think name is not being shown because you don't have first_name and last_name fields display on billing information step? Please go to Events Booking -> Custom Fields, edit the two fields, set Display In to all, it will be displayed on that step and can be used in the invoice

If you want to show name of all group members in the invoice, use this tag [GROUP_MEMBERS_NAME]

However, is there a way to mask empty fields in the invoice? I created an "Affiliation" custom field, which is not mandatory. However, when people leave this field empty, I see a [affiliation] tag in the invoice.

Hi Jean

It should work like that if you are using latest version. When no value for that custom field entered, it will be empty. Maybe you still see that tag because you are still using old version of Events Booking? If so, please update to latest version 3.1.1 then check it again

If the error still happens, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and an invoice number which is having this error. We will check to see why it doesn't work and get it sorted
