Send Notification Email to event creator?

Our event creators don´t get the notifications when someone register to the event. In config it is set to Yes. Notifications are sent to owner but not to creator (we have many creators).
Where can I find it in your documentation?

At the moment, Events Booking only send email to event creator if the event creator doesn't belong to a group which has Configure ACL & Options permission set to Allowed (for example, if event creator is a super admin, they won't receive notification)

So the first thing you should check is that what's the user group the event creator belong to? And then go to Events Booking -> Configuration, click on Options button in the toolbar, check to see whether that user group has the above permission set to Allowed?

After that, we can check it further
