I have loaded the extension to a new Helix 3 Joomla site and populated the category and plan and created the menu item to see the result but am getting a white screen:

The extensions added are JCE, Aixeena Favicon, SchuWeb Sitemap, and JCH Optimize.
Do you have any ideas about which setting is causing the extension not to function?
Honestly, I don't know. So please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site, we are going to check to see why it happens and get it sorted
