registration does not appear in registrants

After paying (The payment is received by an external party) the registration does not appear in registrants. After some time we receive a mail from the payment company and we cannot find the registrant.
It happens seldom but it is annoying.

Is it possible to mail the registration data to an Email adress before the payment is received?

Hi Jan

Unfortunately, it is not possible. We only send email to registrants and admin after payment completed (there are users try to register for the event but doesn't make payment, and they are not being counted as registrants in the system)

You can however, choose to show these records if you want. Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Show Incomplete payment records config option to Yes and these records (without payments) will be shown from administrator area of your site

Is there any possibility that people register for an event, do the payment and this person does not appear in registrants.
This happens seldom but it is annoying because we receive a payment but we don't know the details of the booking.

Hi Jan

Yes, it is possible, but rarely happen. I will try to explain the reason below:

When users register for an event and make payment, PayPal needs to inform Events Booking about it by sending an IPN message to Events Booking to inform Events Booking about the payment

In most cases, the IPN message is successful received and everything works well. If for some reasons, the IPN messages could not reach Events Booking, Events Booking won't know about this payment (as it all happens on PayPal website), Events Booking won't be able to update status of registration record to Paid and send emails...

This is rarely happens and out of Events Booking control

Hi, when I have an agent purchase a subscription, it does not show in there profile. When the go to add a property it says, You need to purchase subscription if you want to add property.

What is wrong with this?

Hi

Look like the payment was not success for some reasons. Please submit a support ticket sending us:
1. Super admin account of the site
2. Link to the page which agent can purchase subscrition to add property

We are going to check to see why it happens and get it corrected. Please note that the agent needs to make payment for the subscription to be able to add property

Payment went through ok with paypal and got the confirmations email for agent, but they still can’t add the property. you will see that the subscription is active but not going to the agentman account.
