I am not receiving any emails after a payment is made for an event via PayPal. Where is the setting to add the email addresses that I would like to have successful payment processing sent?

Hi Glenn
Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, there is a setting called Notification Emails
Enter the email you want to receive notification there, then test it again, it should work as expected
BTW, could you please confirm that after payment is processed at PayPal, you see the registration record (with Paid status) from backend?

I do get emails when someone signs up for an event. I want to specifically send an email to a separate email address when a payment has been made. Is this possible? It does show up as payment processed in the registration record.

Hi Glenn
Yes. It is possible. As I said, if you want to use different emails to receive notification, please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, change Notification Emails setting to the emails you want
Please note that each event can have it own notification emails if needed. You can edit the event, look at Advanced Settings tab, there is a setting called Notification Emails, enter the emails you want there and these emails will receive notifications when someone registers for that event
