Cancellation Notice Upon Return From PayPal

Joomla v 3.80, Event Booking v 3.0.3
We have been experiencing a problem with registrants receiving the registration canceled message upon return from PayPal. This has been happening for quite a while, but it occurs sporadically and in a small number of registrations. To identify the errant message, we added a notice to the cancellation messages to notify the site administrator when the message is received. A screen shot of the message received by a registrant is attached.

When someone receives this message and we check:
(1) The registration is properly recorded in EB registration
(2) PayPal transaction id in the EB record is valid
(3) PayPal funds have been received
(4) User and administrator emails are properly dispatched.
(5) The registration slots available has been properly decremented
(6) In short, everything has functioned properly, except for this message being shown to the user

I would say that it is a bug in PayPal system somehow. Technical, when someone register for an event, Events Booking will register some URLs with PayPal:

1. return : That's the URL which PayPal will redirect users to if users complete payment
2. cancel_return: That's the URL which PayPal will redirect users to if they decide to cancel the payment on PayPal screen

In this case, look like PayPal redirect users to cancel_return URL and it is not correct. As you can see, this is something out of our control, and we could not solve it. As it happens with small number of registration only, I hope it is OK for you

Will try to find a solution for this problem, IE, check the registration status on cancel page, if it is Paid, then redirect users again to registration complete page. Let me add it to version 3.1.1 in about one week or so

Please get this file, unzip it, upload to components/com_eventbooking/view/cancel folder, then monitor it and let me know if the issue ever happens again
