What are the date format codes?

It looks like there's a link in the popup description but as soon as I move off the label it disappears.
I have figured out:
m = numeric month
M = short month text
D = short day of week
d = numeric day of month
Y = 4-digit year
y = 2-digit year

I'm sure there's more.
