Import Registrants

I need help with importing registrants. I exported the template. Replaced the data (with unique ID's starting from a higher number - so if last ID was 27573 I changed it to 28000 and up) and same with transaction ID's),

I tried to import and while it says it is has imported 200 entries it hasn't.

I checked the database and the the registrants table has nothing in it - but the field_values table had the ID's numbers I imported.

Eventually i had to resort to exporting the database - replacing the data (all unique ID's) - then importing into registrants. Then export field_values and repeat procedure so it ties in with registrants. (field value is necessary as its requesting them to confirm email)/

Then had to make sure all unpublished in DB so that in the actual admin section I could publish and tickets would be sent.

Please assist with documentation as my client has to do this himself and he can only click on links

No need for entering ID. For inserting new registrants, just leave id column empty (or remove it)

After that, try again. If it still doesn't work, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and sample file

We are going to check to see what's wrong with the data and guide you to correct it
