Can Reg Email be sent to another staff person?

Hello,

When someone registers for an event, the reg email is sent to the site Admin, is there a way to have it sent to another person, at our church we would like it sent to the Office Admin, is this possible?

Hello,
yes, please go to EB -> Configuration and insert the email address of whom should be informed in the field "Notification emails". More than one addresses are separated by comma.
Of course you may also fill in the fields "From Name" and "From Email"

Please follow Leon's answer. I just want to add that each event can event has it own Notification Emails

So in case you need one special event has different notification emails with the emails you entered in Configuration, just edit the event, look at Advanced settings tab, enter the notification emails you want there and these emails will be used

If no emails entered in Advanced Settings tab of the event, then the emails in Configuration emails will be used

If no emails entered in Configuration, the email entered in System - Global configuration of your site will be used

That's the whole logic of the notification emails in Events Booking

Thank you and ok i unterstand the concept. But is it possible to have different Sender Adresses for each event? So if somebody wants to answer the registration E-Mail? This is always the same adress from the Global Settings?

At the moment, we don't support that feature. If there are other customers support that idea, I can add support for it in the next release of the extension
