No registrant list

Hi,
I've the latest version of joomla and eventbooking.
One can register to any event, however in the backend, there is no list of registrants.
If I look at the event in the backend, one can see the number of registrants but no one is listed...

Any idea?

Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option below, set it to Yes (at least one of the two options need to set to Yes):

1. Include Group Billing Records in registrants management
2. Include Group Members Records in registrants management

The problem is that these parameters are allready set to yes!

In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check it directly on your site to see why these records are not being shown and get it sorted
