internet explorer

We have had several people complain about not being able to check out when they use internet explorer. Either the payment process hangs or they can't enter their credit card info. I am using square payments and EB 3.0.2. I just upgraded to 3.0.3 to see if it persists.

The square up payment plugin is having issue with group registration. Maybe they are having error with group registration (not sure if you use it)

If you are not using group registration, it should work well. If you believe the issue happens, please help re-procedure the issue and let us know what we need to do to see the error so that we can check and correct it

I think i there is a CSS issue when using IE. the payment info fields have no height. When I adjust the css the fields do not allow you to enter any of the information and the fields are blank instead of having the formatting text. In the console I get SCrpit5: access denied: file: iframe, Line: 1, Column: 1
