no Cancel booking Button

Hey there,

I want allow pepole to cancel their registration.
The paramter is set in the event, when I access (as logged in participant) the event page, I only see the text 'already registered', but no Cancel Registration button.

Waht am I doing wrong?

Hi Stefan

I guess it happens because you forgot to select a date for Cancel Before Date setting of the event. Could you please edit the event, then select a date (greater than today date)

After that, check it again. It should work

Yes, that's it.
I always forget.

What might be an option if you could change it in a way that if no date is set, the system assumes the 'cancel before' date is the same as the event. That's what it was intenden by me.

But now that I know hopefully I will remember next time...

Yes. That's something we can do to make it easier for admin to setup. Something for next minor release of the extension
