Configuration for terms and condition don't work

Hello,
I would like to activate the "Show term and condition checkbox" function. I have already done this with Event Booking on a different website, it was very simple. Now I can choose yes, but there is no checkbox on the form in front-end. And I have tried to select a article in the configuration by „Default Term and condition article“. It was not possible.

Also changes in the custom fields are not displayed in the form. For example with a text field I have the Default Values changed and stored, but the previous Default Values is shown.

What can I do?

You need to select Default Terms and Conditions article on that page and it should work OK. Not sure why it could not be selected, maybe some kind of javascript error

Are you using latest version 3.0.2? Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check to see why it doesn't work and get it sorted for you

Just want to provide more information, it is called Default Terms and Conditions article because for each event, you can select a different terms and conditions article if needed
