1054 Unknown column 'b.currency' in 'field list'

I downloaded and installed the com_osmembership.zip comppnent per the instructions at:
membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/getting-started/installation
I WAS NOT re-directed to the Dashboard as per the instructions.

So, I went to Component --> Membership Pro --> Dashboard and got this error:
An error has occurred.
1054 Unknown column 'b.currency' in 'field list'

Do I need to say "HELP NEEDED"? TIA

P.S. I am using Windows 7 on a local host running WampServer.

Look like the installation was not success at the moment (Did you install the whole package or just install the component)?

Please access to this URL domain.com/administrator/index.php?optio...bership&task=upgrade

(Replace domain.com with the actual domain)

After that, it should work OK

The initial error occurred when I tried to install"

G:\UpdatesInUse1\Joomla\_Extensions\MembershipPro\_membershippro_unzipped_2.9.0\com_osmembership.zip\com_osmembership\packages\com_osmembership.zip (1,647 KB)

Today, I used instead:

G:\UpdatesInUse1\Joomla\_Extensions\MembershipPro\_membershippro_unzipped_2.9.0\com-osmembership.zip (3.024 KB)

and it installed without any errors.

The com_osmembership.zip occurs twice within the top level com_osmembership.zip file. The one with the shortest path, and the largest file size, is the one that must be installed.

Yes Carol. The top level com_osmembership.zip must be installed. It contains the component, all the modules, plugins requires to run the extension

Maybe in the future, I will rename that file to pkg_osmembership.zip (pkg mean package) to make it less confusing to customers
