Past event in the upcoming events table

On the dashboard under the upcoming events table, my list starts with the first course in the system. I can't see how to hide the past events from the table. Tried different settings in the configuration, but seems to make no effect.

Just happened after the latest update.

That's strange to me. Could you please send us super admin account of your site and the link to the page so that I can quick check? There is no reason past events show on upcoming events page

It was a bug in the code. I fixed it and updated download package on server with the fix. Please access to My Downloads menu item, re-download latest version, upgrade it to your site to get the issue sorted
