Tickets discount/price per user group was created by karaoke
Hi there,
How is it possible to define discount for each ticket based on user's group.
I have an event to which I have added 4 ticket types but the price of each ticket should vary according to the user group the registrants belong to.
Please advise.
Thanks

Try to use Members Discounts feature (read documentation carefully please) and try to setup it to see whether it works, see

I'd like to setup the tickets like this:
Ticket 1 :
$50 discount for User Group A
$10 discount for User Group B
Ticket 2 :
$30 discount for User Group A
$5 discount for User Group B
.
.
.
and so on. How is that possible?
Seems like it's not able to assign discounts on a ticket by ticket basis.
Please let me know.

Unfortunately, it is not possible like that. The Members Discount setting only works for whole event
There is not an option to set different discount amount for each ticket types like you described

Figuring it out myself now,
Because we need this feature for a customer.
Seems to possible as follows:
1. create custom field in user account with the value
2. auto populate this data in events.
3. hide this field in the checkout.
4. Use this custom field to calculate price.
Would this be an option Tuan?

Honestly, I am unsure. You will need to try your setup to see whether it works. It might work but I think it is quite difficult to handle
If you have it works, please share it back here how you setup it if it is possible

Tuan

Does the auto populate function work for any field with the same name as the field name in the account?
That's the most unsure thing in this case I think.
However I'm not sure how the fee field works. Can you give some examples of usage of a custom fee field?
