Joomla User profile

HI,
I am trying to set up Joomla User Profile to synchronise profile data. I have enabled the plugin, but can't find the Field Mapping property in the custom fields.

I searched through the forum and saw other people had asked this question and that I need to update the plugin. I went to extensions/manage/update and saw there was an Events Booking Update Package available. I tried to update it and got this error message. When I tried clicking on the link I got an error 403:Invalid Domain message.

1. For update, I guess it happens because you haven't configured Download ID yet, please see eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/getting...on#use-joomla-update

Also, make sure there is no space character entered at the end of Download ID and update will work well

2. It's strange that you don't see field mapping. Maybe it is because you haven't published Joomla core user profile plugin yet? You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check and correct it for you
