Fields not switching off

I have tried to switch off the fields State and Zip field but it will not go away fromthe reg form. can anyone hlep with this

I guess you changed the setting in the configuration area of the extension, not in the event itself . Please note that the setting in configuration only affect new events. For old events, you need to change the setting in the event itself. So in this case, you can simply edit the events, look at Billing Fields Setting tab and switch off the fields you want .
