cannot delete "Terms and Conditions Link"

Hi Guys,
in General Settings I deactivated the Checkbox for "General Termns and Conditions" but it does not dissappear in frontend...see here and attachment: 2016.dtkvbayern.de/kursprogramm/fortbild...al-registration.html

I deleted browser cache and joomla cache...

The correct way would be allow de-select the terms and conditions article but we haven't had it implemented yet, sorry, we will work on it next week

For now, for a quick fix, could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can change the data directly to disable terms and conditions for now?
