2 prices for an event

Hi,
How can I set up 2 price options for an event? This would be a full price fee or a concession fee. The event is set up with the shopping cart option.
I remember reading I could do this somewhere, but now can't find the information.

You can use custom fee field feature, see eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s...wn-custom-field-type

However, this will requires you to turn of shopping cart (you can turn on shopping cart on, but need to set Collect Members Information in Shopping Cart config option to Yes, too). However, I am afraid of doing this might make registration process more complicated

So first, try to setup custom fee field to see whether it works first

Hi,
I have tried to set the 2 price option up, but the price is not coming up in the shopping cart.
I have shopping cart option selected and to collect member information. ( I need this on to collect medical, dietary and allergy information of the children)
I have set up a custom fee field with 2 options - full fare and concession, with radio buttons, fee field selected to Yes and the different prices in the fee values.
The price of the event has been set to $0, and I wanted the selected custom fee field to add either the full fee or concession price.
The shopping cart price stays at $0 and doesn't change.
is there a setting I have missed.

I used the custom fee field when I set up the registration form for individual/groups registrations and the calculations all worked as I wanted and displayed the correct fee to be paid at the end of the form.

Please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of the site

2. Link to the page which your events are being displayed

3. ID of the custom fee field which you setup

We will check to see why it doesn't work and get it corrected
