Hi,
when I scan a QRCODE on a ticket with my smartphone I get a 403 permission denied/not authorized. (Chrome Browser/Android)
When I click on the link (in the qrcode) with a desktop browser everything is OK.
How to enable my smartphone browser?
Regards,
Reiner

Hi Reiner

Did you login using a super admin account when scan QRCODE? What's the URL you logged in? Could you please compare the two URLS?

I am thinking that you might logged in using an URL with/without www and the scanned URL is without/with www, that causes session is lost and the issue happens

Please check it and get back to me so that I can check it further

Regards,

Tuan

Hi,
Today I tried again.
And I couldn't check-in a registrant in any case. That is to say on smartphone, on desktop with/without been login as admin.
In all cases I'm getting a "403 - You do not have permission to check-in registrant".
Greetings,
Reiner
P.S.: I opened a support ticket with the details (ticket, qrcode, url) for you.

Strange that my dev checked and could not see the problem like you said :(. Maybe you can send us exactly the account you used to login and check it registrants so that we can try to re-procedure the issue ourself?

Hi, I have the same problem. Did you find any solution?
We have planned an event in few days thinking it worked.... There are other solutions (using other app?, etc.)

Hi Renzo

Usually, it happens because you haven't logged in using a super admin account on the web browser of your mobile device. Please try again, if the issue still happens, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check it directly on your site

Tuan
