Frontend Submission in ver. 3.0

When creating events in the frontend with ver. 3.0 the calendar icon is missing from:
1. Event Start Date
2. Event End Date
3. Registration Start Date
So there is no way to set the date, but oddly the icon is present on registration cut off date, please see attached.

I think there are some css conflict with the template and it causes the issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and the link to the page so that I can have my template developer to check and correct the issue for you

I'm still in the developmental stage, if I can't fix it when the site goes live in the next 3 weeks I'll revisit this post, I think it has something to do with yootheme pro
