Problem with PayPal payment - no attendee created was created by Bayern-Furs e.V.
Hey Tuan,
I have a problem including paypal to my website.
I already activated my main url ( www.bayern-furs.de/index.php ) in PayPal so i get the instant payment messages to the site.
I recognized there is a problem with the URL-Rewrite, so i just turned it off (I tried different settings from full on to full off).
The Site is online (not set to offline).
When the payment is done the attendee will be pushed back to the website correctly, but no new user is created.
If i choose offline payment, everything works fine.
Any ideas on that?
Thanks,
-Chris

Hi Chris
It might be a problem with IPN settings of your PayPal account. Please:
1. Follow the instructions at www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal to enable PayPal IPN in the PayPal account which receive payment on your site. PayPal will ask for IPN URL, simply enter URL of your site into that parameter
2. Go to Events Booking -> Payment Plugins, click on os_paypal payment plugin to edit, set Log IPN Messages parameter to Yes.
After that, try to register again, make payment, and let us know the result. If it still doesn't work, send us super admin account of your site so that we can check the logs and we can work on it further
Regards,
Tuan

As replied via support ticket, the issue happens because os_paypal payment plugin has Access Level set to Registered. The os_paypal payment plugin always need to have Access Level set to Public
