Group registration not allowing members entry was created by Alan
Hi, just setting this up, the individual registration works well, the group registration shows only the "Number Members" header and does not have the box to enter the number in the group ... so I can't enter the names of the other people in the group like in the demo ...
If I enter numbers in the "minimum" and "maximum" in the group e.g. 4 and 4, I dont get get the header text! If I leave that blank I get the empty header ...
After checking the documentation and double checking my settings I can't see why this should be but clearly it is not embedding a piece of the code ... anywhere I need to look? Thanks.

Hi Alan
Could you please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, check and make sure the config option Collect Members Information in Group Registration is set to Yes?
If it set to Yes and the issue still happens, there must be javascript conflict on the site causing the issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and the link to the page so that we can check and correct it for you
Regards,
Tuan
