Hello Rich

You can use the syntax [NAME_OF_FIELD_IN_UPPERCASE] to insert value of a custom field into invoice format

Regards,

Tuan

Hi Tuan

We Tried that, and it doesn't work :(

just to confirm it is the [NAME] not the [TITLE]

the fields i need are mixedCase, will that make any difference?

[NAME], not [TITLE]

If it doesn't work, there must be something (guess wrong). You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check and correct it for you
