Notification emails not all being sent in html was created by Angus Fraser
Hi,
I'd just like to report an issue I am having.
When I have multiple recipients for notification emails, only the first email gets a correctly formatted html email. All additional emails just receive plain text.
Thanks

Hello Angus
That might be a problem with the mail server of your hosting provider. Events Booking always send emails using HTML mode, not plain text. So the issue must cause by something else.
Could you please :
1. Try to change second email to a different email?
2. Contact your hosting provider, ask them to check to see why email is sent in plain text?
They should be able to check and tell us the result of the error so that we can check it further
Also, what's the format of email registrant receive? Is it HTML email?

Yes, Sorry, I forgot to mention this.
I originally had my email as 2nd in the list. I added another of mine from a different host as a 3rd, this had the same issue.
I then changed my email to be 1st, which resolved the problem to that email.
Yes, the registrants receive html emails.

I don't have any clue why it happens, to be honest. Right now, the second and third emails... are receiving emails in BCC mode
Maybe we can try to modify code to send emails directly instead of using BCC option. You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can try to modify code so that you can test it again
This is the first time we got this issue
