Problem with payment and emails

Hi Tuan
Am having a problem with Event Booking and the os_authnetsim payment plugin. I've had people register on the site and pay in full but not been receiving any emails because in the backend the status hasn't been updated. The last time it appears to be working is 9th April 2017.

Any ideas?

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can take a look at it?

The payment plugin requires you to configure Slient Post URL:

4. Login to your authorize.net merchant account, edit the slient post url and enter this value : yourdomain.com/eb_authnetsim_notify.php

(yourdomain.com is your site URL)

Did you do that? I guess you did, just want to be sure
