Events Booking Update Package NOT WORKING

Update for the Event Booking Plugin from 2.11.2 to 2.14.5 not working in Joomla.

Maybe it is because you didn't configure Download ID properly. Please follow the instructions at eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/getting...on#use-joomla-update , then try again and let us know if it works

Thanks for the reply. I checked the setting in configuration for the events and the id is correct. Not sure whey we cannot update. Additional thoughts?

Please check it again and make sure there is no space characters entered before/after the Download ID entered. If it still doesn't work, try to generate a new Download ID

And if still doesn't work, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check it directly on your site to see why it doesn't work and get it corrected

Hello Tuan - I actually just performed a download from OS solution/ MyDownloads and did a manual install/ upgrade. This seemed to have worked. Thanks again

Download and update manually surely will work. But update from within Joomla is simpler, I think
