Registration "State" requirement was created by siptec
When requiring users to log into the site to register and using the shopping cart, all of the users information is populated into the checkout form except "State" which causes the requirement error. We are having problems with users not seeing the missing field and thinking they registered since they clicked on the "Process Registration" button. Is there a way to pass the user "State" into the form to avoid the issue?

The question is where the system get the state information from? Does this user has an existing registration record? Or it gets from a different extension like Community Builder?
Please let us know so that we can check it further

The user information is from an existing registration. No CB on this site.

In this case, please submit a support ticket:
1. Sending us super admin account of the site
2. Sending us an account which we can use to login, register for the event and see this issue
We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

Adam, thanks for re-starting this. I forgot about it, but the issue was never fixed. Still have people thinking they registered when they didn't because the system isn't passing the State. I just re-upped my support request.
