SubCategoryLayout Event not graphically clear was created by davide
Hi friends,
I've created a category and related sub categories.
Then I've created an event within one of these sub-categories.
Now if I want to see my event (here: www.veronalive.it/agenda/arte-e-mostre.html ) I can see the entire list of sub-categories, and at the end the event, graphically out of the section that identifies its sub-category, that in this way it becomes impossible to understand to which category it refers.
Is there any other way or layout that makes it more comprehensible to the user under the category the event refers to?
Thanks!

Hello Davide
Could you please let us know exactly what you need to change so that we can think about it and find a solution? I don't really understand your question and could not answer yet

Hi Tuan,
I've made three images,
The first one (arte_mostre2) is how actually Event Booking show the event into a category menu layout, and here the user is not able to understand what category the event belongs to.
The second one image (arte_mostre3) is how could you partly improve
The third as you could improve well
Let me know what you think

Hi Davide
It is not possible to have the layout as you proposed. In your case, it works because that sample category only have one event while other categories don't have any events
Imagine that each of these categories has 50 events or so, you will see that it will be very long list
So basically, that page should only display categories. Users need to click on a category to see all events from that category
If you want to have it works like that, go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Themes tab, find the config option Show events from all children categories, set it to No (so that the event doesn't display at the bottom like how it is at the moment)
Regards,
Tuan

Yes, what you say is correct, but I think should fine to include into the event summary tab the event category (as in screenshot)
what do you think about it?
Thanks again!

To b more clear, you want to display categories which the event belong to on event detail page?

Hi Tuan,
you can see another situation/example:
www.veronalive.it/agenda/arte-e-mostre/a...girardello-2017.html
If the user go there, form the calendar view for example (or from google), he doesn't have a chance to figure out what category the event belongs to.
If the category in the Event Summary tab is added (how my picture show), the user would instead have the option to understand.
