Add charge to Deposit Payments

I am struggling a bit with the Deposit feature on EB. Can you help me configure this, please?
I need to do 2 things when a user selects the Deposit option.

1. I need to add a charge for admin costs to the Deposit feature. We want to offer payment in 4 stages but with an additional charge for doing this. Is there a way I can configure this?
2. Is there a way to force the user to select only the Offline Payment when using the Deposit feature? ie remove the option of Card and Paypal?

Unfortunately, the two features you are asking for is not supported by Events Booking. So if you need it, you will need to hire someone to customize the extension for you to have this feature (to be honest, I don't understand the requirement #1)
