how to customize EB_QUANTITY to start with " 1 "

Yesterday we had your website relaunch and now it's the first time that our club members have to deal with event booking.

Today I realized that many of your members did not realize that the "EB_QUANTITY" is starting with " 0 ". So I had to change it in your database today.

Might it be possible to change that? I would like to start it with " 1 ".

What is the EB_QUANTITY you are talking about? Could you please send us the link to the page on your site and tell us what we need to do to see the error?
