Why my screen does not grey out ?

Hi Tuan, everyone.

I thought I had submitted this some time ago and I thought I remembered it was fixed but..

when people ciomplete theie registration, and push the final "submit" button, their screens do not grey out, and no kinda hourglass is displayed while the server processes the registration.

Yesterday I tried a group registration with 5 people, and after submitting, the screen simply stayed kinda "frozen" for quite some time. One doesn't know if the server is working or not, if it is freezing etc.

Solutions ?

1. Once you press the submit, make a pop-up show up that says please wait.. processing. Optionally gray out the background.
2. Grey out the background while the server processes abnd show up some sort of hourglass.

How to do that ??

The extension actually doesn't have a grey out feature. However, after you press Submit, next to submit button, there should be a loading image showing that it is being processed

Grey out screen would be a nice to have option. I will implement it in the next release 3.0.0 of Events Booking which I am working on at the moment. That version, with my current progress, should be available in about 6 weeks

Hello Tuan thank you for this. I hoped to get this earlier but it's ok if you really can't issue a patch for that as an interim solution. No, it does not appear any loading indicator. It does appear during group registration, when you navigate across the questions and segments of the form to register.

Hi Tuan, correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that the expected "screen grey out" in EB V3 did not make its way to the release, am I correct, or is it my installation that does not work ??

Actually, we haven't implemented this option into version 3.0.0. There are still many other improvements we can work to improve Events Booking, so I will leave this option to future development
