Moving a registration to Pending, and it disapears

I think I found a bug in Event Booking.

If I make changes to a registration and change it from Paid to Pending, it disappears from the list of Registrations. It will not show regardless of how the Status filter is set, even if it is set to Pending. I can look in the database and find the record. So it is still there.

The only way to get it to show again is to edit the record in the database and change the published field for the record from 0 to 1.

Is anyone else seeing this issue?

Try setting [Event Booking -> Configuration] -> "Show incomplete payment records" to YES.
I'm guessing that it is set to NO. EB Uses the Status field to track not only "registration" status, but also "payment" status.

Is that a new setting? I am wondering if it is as we were able to see the records previously, but had issues after a recent update.

That setting has been in EB as long as I've used the extension.
The default setting for this option is "NO". Maybe an update somehow reset it to the default -- not that an update should have changed an existing setting???

It is No by default to prevent users who choose online payment method such as PayPal but didn't make payment to be show up in backend. Basically, if they register, choose online payment methods but they didn't make payment, then they are not being counted as registrants, thus being hided by default

If someone registers using online payment method such as PayPal, they paid already, so I don't see a clear reason to change it back to Pending. If you want to change it to Pending for any reasons, there are two options:

- Change payment method to offline payment
- Or change settings as James mentioned above. However, as I said, he won't be counted as registrants anymore (not affect total numbers registrants of the event)
