What's the ticket information you are talking about? Could you please make a screenshot so that I can understand exactly what part you are talking about and guide you to change it?

i was able to find the address to change to my company . but now i have a question. when using qr check in app it does not track the ticket to show that they checked in on the website. i get a 403 error saying not authorized. when i login nothing happens still. can you tell me how to set up the qr checkin to work. i dont want to use the app that you suggest charging a monthly fee for unlimited checkin. thanks

Actually, the method I recommend is using iCODY APP (it is a paid plugin, but it is just one time payment and works very well, 10$ if I remember correctly)
