Fixed Amount in registrants management was created by Alejandro Lagreca
hi Tuan, is possible to get the preconfigured event price when you register a new participant at the registrants management?
right now yhe price field, discount and total amount are empty and our personal needs to fill those fields manually, it wolud be easier if you selects the event and the fields shows predetermined.
EDIT: i think is better if in the Registration management form we can input the EB_DEPOSIT_AMOUNT field and remove the gross amount...
also, when our secretary makes a new registration for someone coming to our office the registration takes status "FULL PAYMENT" (no matter the amount paid) thats is not correct, at least the 99% of those registrations where paid whit only a deposit

Hello Alejandro
1. When you add new registrant, leave the data for Total Amount field empty and the system will auto-calculate the registration price based on the event price
2. For payment status, please choose the payment status yourself (it is selectable when you add new registration record)
I will review this case and improve it further in version 3.0.0 which we just starts the development

? i can select Registration Status, but the payment status gets full payment for default...

But you can select Deposit Payment in the Payment Status dropdown, correct?

uhmmm no... there is not any dropdown besides "registration status"

Ah
Right now, that option is only available when adding registrant from backend, not frontend. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site? We are going to edit the code a bit to get this option added to frontend registrants management for you
