Conditonal fields

I have purchased Membership Pro for one site and Event Booking for another. Each is on a different server, and I have kept both sites up to date, both on the Joomla version (3.7.1 as of today) as well as the most current versions of these extensions. I am unable to implement conditional fields on both sites. Using the dropdown for "Depend on Field," I selected the master field, but the "depend on options" are no longer there. I have used them numerous times in the past, all without a problem. Could you point me in the right direction?

Do you have any fields with field type Checkboxes, List or Radio List ?

A field can only depends on one of the field which is one of the field types above

If you want, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. We are going to check and tell you the reason why it doesn't work

Yes, the master field is a radio field with options, "Yes" and "No." I'll create a super user account for you and email the details.

As replied via support ticket, look like there is some code change and it causes the error. Please send us the requested information via support ticket so that we can check it
