Translation issue with group registration

Hi everybody,

I am a newbie and am looking for two fields to translate into german, but I didn't find the appropriate expressions in the "Translate" section:

1) Please enter information in the form below to complete group registration for event Sommerfest.
2) Please enter number of members for your group registration. Number of members need to be greater than or equal 2. You can enter detail information of these members in the next step.

Can you tell me, if these sentences are stored in a variable?

Maybe it would be helpfull to let the user sort the "key" or the "value" column in the translation section. The search does not find any expressions i.e. in the language-fields of de-DE....
