Facebook share event image not showing

Hello,

i have make some event last year, with an image in the description field. When i makes a share on Facebook, the link used the event image in the post. (like screenshot 1).

Now i have make another event, with the same model, and now when i share, it take the logo image of the site and not the event description image... (screenshot 2).

An idea ?

There are many reasons Facebook doesn't accept an image and use default image instead. In this case, please submit a support ticket:

1. Sending us super admin account of the site

2. Sending us the link to event

We will try to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

Please see our response via support ticket. When we tried to share the event, the correct image is being posted to Facebook, so we could not see anything wrong with it

Please try again and let us know if the issue is still valid
