I can capture a PDF of the documentation site for you. I'll post it back here in a few hours.

Here is the documentation (current as of today - May 9, 2017).
It's too large to attach in the forum, so please download it from: drive.google.com/open?id=0B34gble3B2VzM0NNakZKVnhoenc

@Tuan: I found some issues on the Documentation site with links not working[strike] or items being listed in the wrong categories[/strike] (edit: ignore striked-out comment. Realized it was a different issue in Acrobat).

I discovered the following problems when my PDF capture failed to find several pages due to the Prev / Next buttons from adjacent pages not linking to them. The PDF above *is* complete nonetheless as I manually added all the missing pages.

Getting Started
- Installation & Upgrade: next button links to Basic Setup, but should link to Getting Started -> Configuration
- Configuration: prev / next buttons link to self
- Getting Help: prev / next buttons link to self

Basic Setup
- prev button links to Getting Started -> Installation & Upgrade, but shoujld link to Getting Started -> Getting Help

Miscellaneous plugins
- next button links to Reminder Plugin, but it should link to Ticket Type Plugin
- Ticket Type Plugin: prev / next buttons link to self
- Additional Dates Plugin: prev / next buttons link to self
- Reminder plugin: prev button links to Misc Plugins, but should link to Additional Dates Plugin

Multilingual
- next button links to Developer, but should link to Advanced Features

Advanced Features
- ALL PAGES -- the main category page and all subcategory pages: prev / next buttons link to self
- prev button should link to Multilingual
- Certificates: next button should link to Developer Documentation

Developer Documentation
- prev button links to Multilingual, but should link to Advanced Features -> Certificates
- Develop Payment Plugin: no next button... needs to be added, and should link to Code Customization Override
- Code Customization Override: prev / next buttons link to self

Tools
- prev / next buttons link to self
- next button should be removed
